Environment, Hygiene and Immunity     The environment is the envelop of the earth. What we see feel breath and eat is a part of the evironment. The trees, the air, water etc. Constitute the environment. The environment supports life on earth. Ecological balance is essential for survival. So we should take measures to keep the environment up and running. The father of uor nation, mahatma gandhi drempt of clean environment and he implemented several mesures for the same. One of the important factors to keep the environment clean is having a good and healthy lifestyle. Personal hygiene is very important. It is a series of practices performed to preserve health. This includes bathing, washing your hands, brushing your teeth etc.. personal hygiene helps you and the people around you to prevent illness. We must develop a healthy immune system to fight off diseases. Following general good health guidelines can boost our immune system. Don't smoke, eat a balanced diet, regular exercise, get adequate sleep are a few among them. The survival of the entire world depends on the activities of human beings.
