GEOGRAPHY

KAYAMKULAM TOWN is located on the coast of coasts. It has three types of soils - i) Sandy, ii) Loam , iii) Mud.

KAYAMKULAM KAYAL , a backwater that is almost linear in shape and connects to Ashtamudi kayal and vembanad Kayal .It spread across Alapuzha district and Kollam district.
