IMMUNISATION Immunisation is important for a healthy body.Immune system help to protect the body against diseases and foreign particles .The foreign particles like virus can stay in the body for long without being identified . The immune system can be weakened because of some medicines .It can also be weakened through smoking , alcohol and poor nutrition. We can improve our immunisation power through different ways . 1. Through the intake of vitamins • Vitamins like Vitamin C , Vitamin B6 ,Vitamin E etc.. 2. The food that boost immunization • Citrus fruits :grapes , oranges , lemon etc.. • Turmeric. 3. A better diet • Plan a better diet followed by good exercises too. 4. Don’t comprimise on sleep • A healthy man needs 7-8 hours of sleeping. 5. Stay hydrated • Drink upto 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Hence a healthy mind and healthy body can be maintained.
