The Capseller And The Monkey Once upon a time, a Capseller was walking through the forest with a basket full of caps. He was going to the city to sell the caps. He felt tired. He kept the basket of caps on the ground and lay down under a tree. Soon he was fast asleep. When he woke up he looked around for the basket of caps. The basket was still under the tree, but all caps were missing! He searched for the caps, but couldn’t find them. “Who has taken my all caps?” he shouted. Immediately he heard screeches from above him. He looked up and saw several monkeys on the trees. Each monkey had a cap on its head. He shook his fist at them and screamed “Give me back my caps”. The monkeys shook their fists at him. He picked up a stone and threw it at them. The monkeys plucked nuts from the trees and threw them at him. The Capseller cried loudly with pain. However hard the Capseller tried, the monkey wouldn’t give him the caps. At last the Capseller became so angry that he removed his own cap from his head and threw it on the ground. Immediately all the monkeys removed their caps and they threw them to the ground too. The Capseller happily picked all the caps and he went to city and he sell all the caps.
