OUR VILLAGE My village is a place where i feel more comfort and relaxed. A village is a place that is far away from the pollution and noise of the city. And we feel deep connection with the soil in a village. There are trees, a variety of crops, and river etc. We can feel the cold breeze at night and a warm but pleasant breeze in the day. When we look into our country more than 70% of India's population is in villages. Villages are the main source of food and agriculture. After independence, the villages have grown much in both populations as well as education. Village people are more dedicated to their work then the people of the city also they more strength and capacity than urban area people. When we come to our village its a beautiful place and its name is Mayam. Our village is situated in the banks of Neyar. We can experience the beauty of nature through our village. Because village is surrounded with tiny plants to big trees. In the middle of our village there is our school. In our village there is our church and a Government hospital. Most of the people in our village were farmers. The entire village lives in peace and harmony and there is no conflict of any kind. Villagers come forward in each other sorrows and happiness and they are helpful in nature.
