1. District level I.T. fair school had won overall championship for the last five years<br>

2. In the state level I.T. fair the school had won Many times award in I.T. project, web page  designing, Malayalam computing and Multimedia presentation<br>

3. In the current academic year 2009-2010 the schoolot top scorer in the I.T. fair held at Technopark Tvm and selected as the Best I.T. school in the state<br>

4. Rinsha K.T. of 10 standard student got second A grade in web page designing, Migdad Nassar 9 th standard student got second A grade in Malayalam  

5. During the current academic year, 2009-2010 the computer lab of the school  selected as the Best computer lab in the state. <br>

Headmaster N.K.Asokan ,and students received certificate and a cash award of Rs.two and a half lakhs from  Hon,ble Education Minister Sri M.A Baby at the grand function held at Thiruvanathapuram Technopark  On January 20th, 2010. in connection with the I.T Mela<br>

(1) With an aim to promote free software, students of our school started free software campaign among the public As the first step to the initiatives free software day was celebrated in the school on September 19.C D s of Linux were distributed free to the students on the day. Volunteers of the I.T club visited households of  Kyakkody Panchayathu and installed free software on their computers .The school also conducted study classes and seminars to sensitize people about the legal and moral dimension of using pirated version of non proprietary software<br/>

(2) We conducted a blood group testing Camp in our School. Blood group of the students who are willing to donate blood are posted in our web site www.kpeshs.org  for the benefit of the public. We also arranged I.T. fair in our School last five years. We have given video chatting and audio chatting facilities for the students and public during the Mela<br/>

(3) Local youth of our village are given permission to use Internet facilities of our School for knowing employment opportunities.<br/>

(4) Children of near by school are given chance to use our Computer lab during off hours <br/>

(5) Workshop on ‘Internet’ was organized in the school for creating I.T. awareness among the local community. Prof Raja Gopaln from National institute of technology took classes. Option registration for engineering and medicine are available in our Computer lab during off hours. Many of our old students have utilized these facilities.<br/>
