Wandoor Siva Temple is the oldest worship place in wandoor. The lord Siva of this temple is known as thriu wandoor appan from which the name wandoor derived. Wandoor Valiya Jamaeth Palli, the oldest mosque in the area, is famous as one of the only mosques, that still uses Nakara, a drum, to announce the call for prayer, instead of modern sound speakers.
