Elocution  competition  in connection with World Environment Day  was conducted  under the  auspices of the '''English club'''. Most  of the students,  who  participated  in the  programme  were from eighth standard  and their performance was good.  The  competition  was helpful  to know about our talented students.

      ASPIRE  English club  for the academic year 2022-2023 was formed on 22/6/2022.  The club consists of 50 Students.  The club will be  inaugurated along with the Inauguration  of Literary Association  in our school.  As part of the formation of the club , Thirupathi of 9th B  was selected as the  President of the club and Sujithra of 8C as Secretary.  Members were given opportunity to introduce themselves.  Teachers of English  Department  informed the students about the programmes and competitions of the club to be held and ensured their active participation.  It is decided to conduct competitions like  recitation,  essay writing, story writing,  versification  etc.
