മനോഹരമായ കാക്കൂർ ഗ്രാമത്തോട് ചേർന്ന് നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു വിദ്യാലയമാണ് നടുവല്ലൂർ എ യു പി സ്കൂൾ. പ്രകൃതിയോട് തൊട്ട് നിൽക്കുന്നു എന്നു തന്നെ നമ്മൾക്ക് ഈ വിദ്യാലയത്തെ പറയാം .

Kakkur is a village in Kozhikode district in the state of Kerala, India.
It is blessed by nature with hills and rivers.
Pokkunnu is a small hill situated in northern Kakkur. There are so many temples
in kakkur. Dashavathara tembles seen in kakkur. kakkur village is surrounded by nature.
Kakkur village is very clean and beautiful.My village have a big playing ground ,It's name Rajeev Gandhi Indore stadium.
kakkur belongs to North Kerala Division. The total geographical area of village is 2041 hectares.
It is governed by Kakkur Grama Panjayath. It comes under Chelannur Community Development Block.
The nearest town is Kozhikode , which is about 18 Kilometers away from Kakkur.
There is a community health centre 5-10 kms away from Kakkur.
My school is located at Naduvallur which is part of KakoorGram Panchayath.
Naduvallur's main sourse of income ia Agriculture,paddy &Banana are the main crobs.
Trikoyikkal Temple,isa Temple of Narasimhamurthy, one of the Dasavathara Temples,is located near to the school.
പൊൻകുന്ന് മല
സമുദ്രനിരപ്പിൽ നിന്നും 1500 അടി ഉയരത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന മനോഹരമായ പൊൻകുന്ന് മല കാക്കൂർ, നന്മണ്ട, ചേളന്നൂർ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലായി പരന്നുകിടക്കുന്നു.നടുവല്ലൂർ എ.യു.പി. സ്കൂളിനെ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട് ഈ മലനിരകൾ കവചം തീർക്കുന്നു.സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും കാണാവുന്ന ഈ മല നിരകളിലേക്കുള്ള കാഴ്ച കണ്ണഞ്ചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മലയുടെ മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് നോക്കിയാൽ അറബിക്കടലും പശ്ചിമഘട്ട മലനിരകളുമടക്കം കോഴിക്കോടിൻറെ എട്ടു ദിക്കും വ്യക്തമായി കാണാം. ഇവിടുത്തെ സൂര്യോദയവും സൂര്യാസ്തമയവും ആസ്വദിക്കാൻ ഒട്ടേറെ ആളുകൾ ദിവസേന എത്തുന്നു.ട്രെക്കിങ് യാത്രികർക്ക് ഇവിടം ഏറെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. അപൂർവയിനം സസ്യങ്ങളും ജന്തുജാലങ്ങളും നിറഞ്ഞ ജൈവസമൃദ്ധിയാണ് പൊൻകുന്നിൻറെ പ്രധാന സവിശേഷത.മഴക്കാലത്ത് മലയിലെ പുൽമേടുകൾ ഹരിതാഭയും ചൂടി നിൽക്കുന്ന കാഴ്ച ആരെയും അതിശയിപ്പിച്ചു പോകും, അത്രയ്ക്കും മനോഹാരിത നിറഞ്ഞ ഒരു പ്രദേശമാണ് 'പൊൻകുന്ന് മല.ഏറ്റവുമധികം പക്ഷിയിനങ്ങൾ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണ് പൊൻകുന്ന്. വംശനാശ ഭീഷണി നേരിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വലിയപുള്ളി പരുന്ത്, ചെറിയ പുള്ളി പരുന്ത്, മേടുതപ്പി, വെളളരിവാൾ കൊക്കൻ, ചേരക്കോഴി എന്നിവയെല്ലാം ഇവിടെ കാണാം. സെപ്റ്റംബർ മുതൽ മാർച്ച്‌ വരെ അനുയോജ്യസമയമായി കണ്ട് പക്ഷിനിരീക്ഷകർ ഇവിടെ എത്തുന്നു. ==ചിത്രശല
