കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിൽ ഉദ്യാവര്‍ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന വിദ്യാലയമാണ് ജി.എച്ച്. എസ്‌ ഉദ്യാവര്‍. ഗവ. അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി സകൂളായിരുന്നു. 2011 ല്‍ ആര്‍ എം എസ്‌ എ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം ഹൈസ്കൂൾ ആയി ഉയര്‍ത്തി. ഏകദേശം 190 വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുണ്ട്

Management
The present panorama
After the demise of Sri P Venkatramana Bhat, the establishment is being run by the Vidyaranya Educational Society (VES). At present it is in progress under the presidentship of Sri B. G. Rama Bhat , a renowned agriculturist and a social worker. Sri Sarpamale Bala Subrahmanya Bhat, a veteran agriculturist, is the Vice – President. Dr. Sripathi Kajampady,an eminent physician of Perla is also the Vice – President of VES. Sri Srikrishna Vishwamithra,Manager , is a cog in the machine of VES and he is taking all the initiative and efforts tirelessly for the betterment of the whole institution. Several respectable and responsible citizens like Dr. P.V.S Mithra,Sri Karyadu Ganapathi Bhat etc., are its members. Moreover enthusiastic young and energetic personalities like;Sri Venkata Raja Mithra, Sri Jagath Kumar & others are the backbone of this Association.
