Cleanliness, the First Law of Health. Cleanliness is the basis for a healthy mind and body, necessary for a successful and satisfying life. Due to the habit of cleanliness, our environment becomes more beautiful and cleaner by the decrease in the rate of diseases. We feel the importance of cleaning only when we do practice cleaning ourselves. The practice of handwash and bathing is necessary to keep ourselves clean. When we clean our environment, it is a good thing that we do to our nature. It can be our home, school, or office. Cleaning the environment would give healthy effects to our mind and body, while a dirty one, the opposite. Almost all diseases come from a dirty environment and our carelessness causes fatal diseases. We should avoid disposing of wastes in our surroundings and we can dispose of it in wastebin and hence prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Cleanliness is not the job of a person, it is the responsibility of all people in the world.
