COVID – 19 PANDEMIC
Yet another pandemic which try to swallow the human beings in our mother planet is named COVID-19. The first global spot of corona virus was reported in the city of Wuhan – Hubei, China on December 2019. Gradually it spread around the world, initially it spread over European countries like Italy, Spain, Germany etc and thereafter in other part of Asia & USA. In most of these countries this virus is spreading rapidly and killing people. Currently Covid-19 Virus killed more than 150,000 people around the world; most number of deaths is reported in USA. The main reason for this disastrous situation is that there is no particular medicine is invented to prevent this virus.
DIAGNOSIS
RT PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction) test and Rapid Blood Test are the currently available diagnosis method to find out the presence of this virus. Among these two tests RT PCR test is the only one test around the world which can diagnose whether a person is affected by Corona Virus. Unfortunately this test demands high profiled lab technicians and a huge amount of money for a single test that no governments can afford to do this test to all suspected human beings in a situation of more than 21,60,000 people around the world is infected by this virus.
Through IMA (Indian Medical Association) Government of India implementing the Rapid Test Method for diagnose purpose. This method doesn’t give a result that the tested human being is infected by Covid-19, it only provides the result that the tested person’s body whether produced (IgM) or producing (IgG) an antibody against this new virus. If the result shows an antibody is created or existing, that means the tested human being is a prime suspect need immediate quarantine and he is to be referred to do the RT PCR test as soon as possible to confirm still he is under virus attack or not.
Currently IMA supplying Rapid Test Kit to all states & union territories in India to diagnose the presents of antibodies against this virus. At present we are doing 150,000 to 200,000 tests per day which is not enough to control this virus to spread socially, IMA expecting 400,000 to 500,000 tests per day to prevent a disastrous situation may occur in near future. This is only possible if the society realize the real thread put on by this virus and to obey the instructions implemented by the central and stare governments as per the guidelines of IMA & WHO.
PRECAUTIONS NEED TO BE TAKEN BY EACH INDIVIDUAL
As per the instruction from WHO & IMA to prevent corona virus each person should follow the below instructions as a committed citizen to the society.

PRECAUTIONS TAKEN BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
The first case of Covid19 in India is reported on January 30, 2020. By knowing that the social spreading of this virus is very fast and that is the main reason for the increase in the spreading rate and leading to death our government took immediate steps to prevent this pandemic. They are;
• On March 22/20 our country observed a 14 hour voluntary public curfew at the instance of Prime Minister. Foreseeing the disastrous situation that the Corona virus can make in our country too
• On 24th March, the PM ordered a nationwide lockdown for 21 days.
• On 14 April the PM extended the ongoing nationwide lockdown till 03 May/20
• Implemented 14 days strict house quarantine for expatriates nationwide, later it is extended to 28 days in Kerala.
• On road checking by the police department is strictly following
Due to all these continues and committed effort, unlike other mighty nations in the world who were failed to prevent the killer Covid, Indian government is very much successful to control this pandemic up to a great extend. But he is still out there; we have to completely get rid of this virus from our mother land.
To always get a greater result, there will be sufferings, dedication, precautions, caring & follow-up everything is to be tied together. We did our best and will do. All the human beings in the world are hoping & praying together beyond religion, cast, colour, politics, and money power for that day where the killer COVID is far-far away from our planet earth and never ever back again.
