മഹാമാരിയെന്ന കൊറോണ
The Earth is our home but much of it is dirty and dying.Rapid industrial development has caused alot of ecological problems. Air becomes polluted by various polluting agents and it eventually causes the disasters like acid air, global warming etc. Earth loses acres of tropical rain forest every year due to acid rain. Tropical forest are being destroyed at an ever increasing rate. These forest provide habitat for an estimate half of the world, plants and animal species. It provides water and fuel for much of the world's population, thereby influence regional and global climate. Healthy and balanced natural systems are essential on nature to provide us with the resources for the survival. To combat these problems United Nations and World Commission on environment and development have been formulating ideas for the environmental protection and sustainable development. It is clearly evident that 25 years after the first conference there has not been an appreciable change in lifestyles or level of awareness. Countries have put their own interests ahead of environmental protection. Children need to grow up aware of the nature around them. As human being we have responsibility to preserve the actual value of nature both for ourselves and for future generations.
