മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളേടേതില് നിന്നു വിഭിന്നമായി, വിപ്ലവകരമായ രീതിയിലാണ് കേരളത്തില് തൊഴിലധിഷ്ഠിത വിദ്യാവഭ്യാസം വൊക്കേഷണല് ഹയര് സെക്കണ്ട്റി തലത്തില് നടന്നുവരുന്നത്. ഇതിന്റെ നിലനില്പ്പിനെപ്പറ്റി വിവിധ തലങ്ങളില് ഏറെ ആശങ്കകള് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, പഠനം പൂര്ത്തിയക്കിയ വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികളുടെയും, രക്ഷകര്ത്താക്കളുടേയും റഫറന്സിലൂടെ നിലനിന്നു പോരുന്ന ഒരു സംവിധാനമായി മാറിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു; വി.എച്ച്.എസ്.ഇ.<br />
