If we move so the days fall off and we may make our Earth more and more worst.But as a result we have to face more and more worst situations too.Already we have started to face these situations the flood,the nippah,now the covid-19 etc.<br /> </p><br /> <p><br /> The flood was the main natural calamity that we experienced recently. It really affected us badly. The main reason behind the flood was unscientific construction works.Modern life is attaining advancement without minding our environment. Deforestation, quarrying, mining etc are some of the activities which are done in the names of development. We humans have a special talent, that we never learnt from chapters always we learnt from experiences and mostly those experiences would be worst.Not only the flood,we have experienced many such natural calamities Okhi cyclone was one of them.And the main noticable change was at Amazon rain forest-yes,the forest fire.The Amazon rainforests are known as the lungs of Earth.It burned up because of global warming, and also the reason behind it is pollution. But,we have to remember one thing that developments by do not minding the environment will not exist so long. The main example for this is the destruction of Maradu flats.<br /> Diseases are spreading fastly now a days,most of them are really dreadful. As an example covid-19.That is really an awful pandemic which has already spread all over the world. The unhygienic conditions around is making a suitable conditions for such pathogens to grow. Prevention of these diseases will be possible only when we follow personal and environmental hygiene. Healthy persons are the savings of one nation. But now a days knowingly we are destroying our health.<br /> </p><br /> <p><br /> For a healthy life we have to follow healthy food habits too.Today we are practicing unhealthy food habits and we are attracted to colors and smells of foods.The best example fast foods. "Fast food is a type of food which ends your life faster" Here,now in this society this comes true.On one hand these are a reason for many diseases and other as I told early unhygienic conditions. <br /> A healthy mind is also needed to prevent diseases. But a healthy mind exist only in a healthy body. For a healthy body and for a relaxed mind we can engage on some meditations,exercises etc. And we have to take proper vaccinations on time.
