ലിറ്റിൽ കൈറ്റ്സ് 2025-2028 ബാച്ചിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തിനായി 51കുട്ടികൾ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു. അവരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി വാട്സ്ആപ്പ് ഗ്രൂപ്പ് രൂപീകരിച്ച് പരീക്ഷയുമായിബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിക്ട്ടേഴസ് ചാനലിന്റെ മുൻ ക്ലാസ്സുകളും, മറ്റ് പരിശീലനപരിപാടികളും ക്ലാസുതലത്തിൽ നടത്തി പരിശീലനം നൽകി . 2025 ജൂൺ 25 ന് നടന്ന അഭിരുചി പരീക്ഷയിൽ 50 പേർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിൽ നടപ്പാക്കിവരുന്ന ലിറ്റിൽ കൈറ്റ്സ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട 2248 യൂണിറ്റുകളിൽ 2.1 ലക്ഷം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ ഓരോ വർഷവും അംഗങ്ങളാണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച രീതിയിൽ ലിറ്റിൽകൈറ്റ്സ് പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്ന യൂണിറ്റുകൾക്ക് പുരസ്കാരം നൽകണമെന്ന് സൂചനയിലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 2025-26 അധ്യയനവർഷത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന മൂന്ന് ബാച്ചുകളുടെയും (8, 9, 10 ക്ലാസുകൾ) പ്രവർത്തനത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി 'ലിറ്റിൽ കൈറ്റ്സ് അവാർഡ്- 2025' നൽകുന്നതിന് തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സംസ്ഥാന തലത്തിൽ ഒന്നും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തുന്ന സ്‌കൂളുകൾക്ക് യഥാക്രമം 2,50,000/-, 2,00,000/-, 1,50,000/- രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും ജില്ലാ തലത്തിൽ ഒന്നും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തുന്ന സ്‌കൂളുകൾക്ക് യഥാക്രമം 40,000/-, 30,000/-, 20,000/- രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവും അവാർഡായി നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ഉപജില്ലാ തലത്തിൽ മികച്ച വിദ്യാലയങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ വർഷം പ്രത്യേക അവാർഡ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ലിറ്റിൽ കൈറ്റ്സ് അവാർഡ് നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു:<ref>[[:പ്രമാണം:Circular- Award for LK Units-5-11-25.pdf]]</ref>

1. 2025-26 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തിൽ ലിറ്റിൽ കൈറ്റ്സ് മൂന്ന് ബാച്ചുകളും (2023-26, 2024-27, 2025-28) പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാലയങ്ങൾക്ക് അവാർഡിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
2. 2026 ജനുവരി 10 നകം അപേക്ഷ ഓൺലൈനായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
3. അപേക്ഷയിൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉപോദ്‌ബലകമായ അനുബന്ധരേഖകളും ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫുകളും ഡിജിറ്റൽ (ഓൺലൈൻ/പെൻഡ്രൈവ്) അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഇതിന്റെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ പിന്നീട് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും. നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
4. അപേക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമെന്നു തോന്നുന്നപക്ഷം ജില്ലാ സംസ്ഥാന ജൂറി അംഗങ്ങൾ വിദ്യാലയം സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ജൂറി അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് പരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ അതത് സ്കൂ‌ൾ അധികൃതർ ഒരുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
5. ജൂറി അംഗങ്ങളുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും.
6. അവാർഡ് നിർണ്ണയം സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദമായ മാർഗനിർദേശം പിന്നീട് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
