Prevention of corona virus (COVID-19)       Corona virus is a newly discovered infectious disease. Corona virus causes cold, fever, tiredness and respiratory illness. People who have medical problems like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. People could catch COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface and then touching their eyes, nose, mouth (These are the entry points for corona virus to enter a body) COVID-19 spreads through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. So, an infected person should cover their faces with a towel or cough into a flexed elbow to prevent spreading. Corona virus does not spread through air so no one has anything to worry about as long as they keep away from infected people or contaminated surfaces. To prevent the spreading of corona virus- · Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. · Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze. · Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell. · Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean. You should always wear mask if you are feeling unwell. There are some directions to use masks for effective protection against such viruses or to avoid spreading from one body to another. · Wash your hand frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water or when you touch your mask with your hand if your hand had corona virus it will enter your s · Make sure there is no gap between you face and the mask. · Replace the mask as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks. · Do not touch the front of the mask if you want to remove it remove it from the back.
