Prevention of Diseases We always hear that diseases are preventable. Not all diseases but certain diseases which are communiable. Such diseases are called Communicable diseases. cholera, Typhoid, Tuber culosis ,Leprosy, small Pox, chicken Pox are some of the diseases which be controled by preventive measures. We see that some of the diseases are Prevented permenantly from the earth. The first and most Known disease eraticuted is small Pox. Then there was a programme known as Malaria Eradication programmeThis programme is still working around us . our genernation of this time do not Know much about the deadly nature of the commnnicable diseases. The disease happend at one home us ed to enter in the other neighbouring home . It will result death in a mass of people . cholera is another deadly disease . These two diseases had been controled by the State.vaccine was invented by Scientists. The Health department started mass immuni Sation programmes.we have Succeeded in controling sach diseases. Now we hear about many new diseases. The most dreadful one is the present covid - 19. The attack is world wide .This is a new situation the world ever had experienced . Corona virus Corona virus is a disease discovered in China first.And spread all over the world including India.So many life are gone by affecting corona virus (covid-19) .I was planning to go for a trip to Kottayam to see my cousins in summer vacation .At that time corona also came to Kerala .It was first affected in Pathanamthitta district in Kerala.The time corona came to kerala,our final exam were going on.The government took a decision to stop all the exams in Kerala .We were so happy to hear that,a curfew was held on March 22nd ,no vehicles on road no people etc .In our home we bought detol,and other cleaning materials to keep everything clean . But now it is getting bored after lockdown. If any one go outside the kerala police will arrest them . In the same condition (bored) I am staying in my home . Stay home stay safe . And a very big thanks to kerala government ,Health department and kerala police......
