Through my little wooden window
I see a beautiful parrot
Sitting calmly in her cage
I go to her and say Hello
She answers me in a sweet voice
I am so amazed seeing her
She knows how to make to make people laugh
She puts a show when I am around
When it's time to go to bed
And there is no more light
I go up to her cage and cover her
And she then says, 'Good night!'
