Quarantine l was in love with my soulitude l craved to be at home after a busy day l preferred my own cozy bed to the company of my friends. I choose to spend my free time in the library than in the chaos But these twenty seven days...... How long it had been Since l became a prisoner in my own home. My cozy bed doesn't provide me comfort any more The sunlight, fresh grass... how my barefeet feel against it .... I yearn to hear the familiar laughter of my friends I miss the chitchats and friendly fights I miss them consoling me when I was sad I miss being a part of their happiness This quarantine has been a lesson learned in appreciating human contact six feet apart seems like a mile apart When we come out of this situation successfully Let's be more appreciative of what we have Let's be kind and warm towards our friends and even strangers!
