They teach us to reason about being human and to ask question about our world. The humanities develop informed critical citizens. Art is very important in our life. Art is like love. The humanities play a number of roles in a man's life, including providing greater in sight into the world helping better understand both the past and the future and fostering a sense of empathy, broadly defined the humanities are the study of human cultures through art, literature, philosophy, music and language. The sciences represent the development of mind, the humanitiesas the name implies, exemplify the development of humansoul. Proper teaching of the humanitiesgoes beyond learning the best way to write a sentence or how to draw a comparison between historical figures.
