Man And His Environment Environment is the surrounding in which we humans live. This environment is actually needed for us and we should care for it. But now, the activities that we do actually harm our surrounding. Earlier human beings used to satisfy His or Her basic needs from His or Her immediate surrounding itself. But nowadays human beings started to exploit the environment to satisfy His or Her greed. He began to clear the forest, dig quarries, discharge the waste water from industries to nearby rivers use pesticides to protect his crop, So on and forth. The humans actually pester the environment and some times it react badly in return in the form of natural disaster. Cyclone, flood etc... affect humans badly.
