Good health means free from diseases Healthy body makes an active mind. Avoid processed junk food Don't drink sugar calories Eat lots of fruits and vegetables Do not skip breakfast. Drink some water especially before meals Make sure to eat enough protein And also avoid bright lights before sleep Beware of taking too much food.
