How I spent my lockdown days... We are encountering an unexcepted condition due to a microbe-a virus named corona. In oder to control its spreading, our government declared lockdown. I decided to learn baking from my mother. After 3-4 attempts I started making my cake. It is very simple and easy to learn. Dear friends I will share my experience here. First mix 4eggs with 1cup powdered sugar.Then take1cup maida and 3tsp coco powder mix it and filter it 2 times. Mix all the four ingredients in a bowl. Mix 1/2 tsp vinegar and baking soda, and add it to the above mixture. Add dry fruits and nuts as you like . Mix well.Grease a vessel with ghee and transfer the batter into it slowly . Bake it in a pre heated oven at 180%c for 35 minute. Yummy and delicious cake is ready.
