Nature

Nature is the most valuable and precious gift of God to mankind. Mother nature provides a protective layer around us and shields us from any damages. Without her well-being our survival is impossible as we are also a part of nature.Unfortunately, we are not taking enough care of her, instead we are destroying our only habitat. It is high time for us to remember the fact that, every form of nature has the ability not only to nourish but to destroy as well. So for our well being, its better for us to understand her worth and put effort to maintain her in her natural shape.

Nowadays the climate changes even surprises the scientists. During summer, high temperature causes draught and in monsoon it floods due to heavy rainfall which is not normal. Who is the reason for this? Yes, its human beings. But after every disaster we blame nature. Old generation people loved nature. They took good care of her as their own mother. But we have still not recognized the value of it. In the name of development we are killing our nature by cutting the trees which is her nose and we destroy the hills and mountains which are the natural reservoirs. To protect our health, we depend on the modern technologies. But we should never forget that nature can give us more apt medicines and treatment for any disease. Whatever we do towards nature, whether it is good or bad work, we will get the result of it. Unlimited use of plastics and burning of the same is considered to be the main reason behind global warming. Carbon dioxide is highly produced while we burn plastic. Trees and plants can control it but we are cutting them down without any thoughts.

If we continue destroying the nature then the human era will be destroyed by the nature. Nature has given us more than enough warnings in many forms. For instance, last two floods in Kerala which was followed with a near drought situation with lots of contagious diseases propping up. But to be sincere, this phenomenon has become world wide at present.

Finally, I can only warn and remind all of us that while doing the activities against nature we should we aware of the fact that we belong to nature and not vice-versa. We are not the owners of it. Coming generations also possess the same right over it as we do. So its not just the duty of all citizens especially students to protect it but also the primary responsibility to handed over her to the next generation at least in the same form we possessed it or even by making it better
