Cleanliness
Cleanliness is a habit of maintaining our body, home and surroundings neat and clean .It is an essential quality required to a healthy life. There is a famous proverb which says 'Cleanliness is next to godliness'. Maintaining personal cleanliness helps us stay refresh. It helps us in protecting ourselves from harmful bacteria and viruses. When we maintain personal and environmental cleanliness, we seldom fall I'll. It helps us to stay fit and lead an active life style. Cleanliness helps in building good chat after by keeping body,mind and soul clean and peaceful. It reflects the inner beauty of a presin. It helps in gaining confidence. We must keep ourselves neat and clean everyday. We should drink clean water,wear clean clothes and maintain cleanliness in our homes and surroundings. Cleanliness should be practiced from early age. Teachers and parents should encourage children to practice cleanliness from young age. Children should practice habits like brushing teeth everyday, bathing everyday, washing hands before having good,cutting nails etc from early age. Everyone should possess the habit of cleanliness for good health, clean environment and Ideal lifestyle. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has started a cleanliness campaign called "swachh Bharat Abhiyan" in 2014. We should understand that maintaining clean surroundings is not only the work of our government, but is also the responsibility of every citizen of the country. For the healthy life of all of us, we should participate jointly in this campaign. Cleanliness should start with homes, Schools, colleges, Offices, institutions etc so that it spreads as swachh Bharat Revolution in a large scale in the country. We need to keep ourselves, our house, our surroundings, society, community, city, gardens and environment clean everyday. We should avoid deforestation and plant more trees to keep the environment clean. All of us should understand the importance and need of cleanliness and implement it in our daily lives.
