Healthy Habits

Cleanliness We should have regular cleanliness. Only then we can be healthy. We should at the proper time. We should brush our teeth every morning and night. Other wise cavities will be formed and our mouth will smell. We should have a bath daily. We should use a good soap. After a bath we should wipe with a clean and dry to well.

  • We should use some oil for our hair and comb our hair. This would keep our neat and tidy. We must wash our hands after and before eating.
  • We must clean our nails. We don't bit our nail. The dirty in the nails get into our stomach and we may fall ill. We should keep all these things neat and tidy and in their proper places. All the bits of paper must be collected and put in the dust bin. The healthy habit is cleanliness.
