COVID-19 : My Observation

It is very important to keep social and personal hygiene to prevent COVID-19. COVID-19 or corona virus disease 2019 is caused by a new strian of corona virus. The outbreak of corona virus disease has been declared a Public Wealth Emergency of International concern and the virus is spreading rapidly. The protection and educational facilities is particularly important.
           The purpose of this seminar is to provide awareness about the prevention of this fatal disease.
         COVID 19
   COVID 19 or corona virus disease 2019 is caused by virus.
  Symptoms :
   1. fever
    2. Cough
    3. shortness of breath
Spreading :
    1. direct contact with respiratory droplets of an infected person.
     2. coughing and sneezing.
      3. touching surfaces contaminated with the virus and touching their face
    Prevention:
      By
1 . staying home when sick.
2. covering mouth and nose with elbow when coughing or sneezing.
4. washing hands using soap and water.
5. cleaning frequently touched surfaces and objects.
   PERSONAL HYGIENE AND SOCIAL HYGIENE.
   personal hygiene :
1. Do not touch your eyes.
2. don't cough or sneeze into your hands.
3. keep your distance
4. Wash your hands frequently.
5. use SanitIzer.
6. clean around the home
  Social hygiene :
1. keep social distancing.
2. avoiding mass gathering.
3. don't spit on roads
4. stay home.
5. obey the rules and laws of lock down period.
  CONCLUSION
         From this report we can understand that, by keeping perfect social and personal hygiene we can prevent this disease. 'PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE'.
