Immunity is the balanced state of multicellular organisms having adequate biological defences to fight Infection or disease. Immunity is the capability of multicellular organisms to resist harmful microorganisms from entering it.

HEALTHY WAYS TO STRENGTHEN IMMUNE SYSTEM

1. Don't smoke. 2. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables. 3. Exercise regularly. 4. Maintain a healthy weight. 5. Don't drink alcohol. 6. Get adequate sleep. 7. Take steps to avoid

   Infection, such as 
   washing hands          
   frequently and cooking
   meat thoroughly.
