Prevention is better than cure We are being attacked by an enormous disease called corona Virus or covid-19.The WHO recommended some ways to prevent this disease .They are clean environment ,personal hygiene and immunization.Let me tell you about these through a story . Once upon a time a boy named Murali didn't go for the school prayer .The class leader noticed this and ask him what was the reason as skipping prayer was seen as an offence .Before he could answer the class teacher came in and asked if everyone went for the prayer,Murali stood up.The teacher took the stick and asked the reason .He said that today when he came to the class he noticed that the class was really dusty and untidy .When everyone went for the prayer he cleaned the class ,as he thought of his teacher saying the need of cleanliness and hygiene.He had told them about the things you would suffer without clean environment.Murali covered his face with a hand kerchief while cleaning and washed his face and hands using soap after cleaning so that he won't get any disease .The techer felt proud of his student and appreciated him for his work . The teacher told the students without clean environment and self-cleanliness you can never fight against any diseases . After the school ,Murali went back to his home to find his brother mohan crying .He told Murali that ,he had been eating so much junk food that he got very fat and was unable to do any work and always felt lazy .His friends called him fatty .He even started to feel sick.Murali had already warned Mohan about junk food but he never cared.Murali calmed him down and said to have fresh vegetables ,fruits ,meat,fish etc .He told mohan the need of increasing immunization to prevent diseases .Mohan understood what his brother has said and started eating them and did daily exercises and drank plenty of water in intervals .He became back to his normal size .And now felt fit and more energetic than ever.
