How it clatters along the roofs Like the tramp of hoofs Children going around and around Like the school of fish How it gushes and struggles out From the throat. Of overflowing sprout! How beautiful is the rain! Pouring down on lil’ children In the narrow lane. And all the dust n dirt Washed away, clean the water How beautiful is the rain!!
