Prevention is better than cure Hygiene is an important thing that should be practiced in our life.We have to take care of our body and surroundings,but today we are not giving much importance for that.Wastes from our houses, markets, factories are polluting our environment and if it comes to our body,it can lead to many diseases.To prevent that we have to practice hygiene.It includes brushing teeth and bathing twice in a day, washing hands before and after eating food, cutting nails and washing hair with shampoo once in a week.Cleaning our surroundings and following dry day makes everyone healthy.Good hygiene helps to stop the spread of bacteria and other microorganisms.
