To prevent it we need to be concious of all these three things-immunity, Environment, cleanliness. Not only when there is any disease but in our whole life as well immunity is all about protecting ourselves from the diseases. Environment is, as we know planting and protecting and maintaining a fresh living surrounding cleanliness is all about cleaning ourselves and our premises. For our immunity we should not cut ttrees and plant more trees at our houses without using any chemicals. When we use plastic we are destroying our environment and causes pollution when we burn it. We should clean our houses and premises in our lives we need these three four better and healthy lives. Our body needs ability to fight against disease when we won't cut our nails the food which we eat will be dirty. While we cook food it should be at good condition avoid plastics use any other eco friendly things avoid packed food and junk food.
