Preventing diseases,for a safer world! The 21st century world-the first century of the 3rd millennium witnessed a tremendous technological progress.However along with it,the world is combating with a myriad Of menacing diseases. Preventing them is the most significant method to vanquish them. Diseases are of two types communicable and noncommunicable.A non-communicable disease is a disease that is not transmissible directly from one person to another. communicable diseases are illness caused by virus ,bacteria that people spread to one another through contact with contaminated surfaces, body fluids, air etc. These type of diseases are increasing day by day in our present world. We have to find methods to safeguard our pulchritudinous world from such diseases. Or else life will fade away from the Earth. How can we prevent these diseases? Maintaining personal hygiene plays a major role in the prevention of these dreadful diseases.We have to wash our hands often.Immunisation can drastically reduce your chance of contracting many diseases. We have to keep our recommended vaccinations up to date.Please stay at home if you have signs and symptoms of an infection. Getting recommended health screening tests helps to uncover in early which can make a huge difference in treatment.Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol because these habits can affect our health dreadfully. Exercising helps to reduce the risk of chronic diseases including heart diseases, diabetes ,stroke etc.we have to "eat healthfully".Building healthy eating habits can protect your health, prevent diseases and minimise the severity of the diseases you already have. In the present world,we can see the emergence of brobdingnagian monsters like Covid 19 .For the existence of world, prevention of disease is indispensable.We must act accordingly to vanquish diseases.The realisation that prevention is better than cure is very significant for it.
