COVID-19 As we can understand from the title itself what this writing is about. Covid-19 is also known as the corona virus The first person found with an active case was first seen in Wuhan , China. From one person to the whole wide world . Corona viruses is a group of related viruses that causes diseases in animals, human beings, and birds. This dreadful virus was also discovered in the 30s and the 60s The covid-19 also known as SARS-CoV-2 [ Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Corona Virus-2 ]. The most common symptoms are shortnesss of breath, fever, fatigue, dry cough. Other uncommon symptoms include coughing up blood, head ache, loss of smell, nasal conjunction etc. To prevent this dreadful disease from one person to another we should practice social distancing. Other methods of prevention include washing hands with soap, quarantine, and avoid touching face etc. The World Health Organization [ WHO ] declared the corona virus outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern [ PHEIC ]on 30th January 2020 and a pandemic on 11 March 2020. People who are known to have symptoms are isolated. More than quarter of the world population are active in the United States of America. Each day the number of active cases and the number of deaths highly increase all around the world. The corona virus is ravaging large parts of Europe, with Italy and Spain now the worst hit countries in the world. Germany appears to be bucking the trend. To stop the spread of this dreadful virus, we have to stay home, away from the people. Wear mask whenever and wherever we go . Use sanitizer. Wash your hands with soap frequently. Stay home so we can stop thew spread . It primarily spread between people during close contact often via small droplets produced by coughing, sneezing, or talking. Kerala has been fighting against this virus from the beginning itself. Under the excellence of the chief minister and the medical team, Kerala has been able to achieve a higher number of recoveries than the active cases. We need people to co-operate with the government to fight this pandemic.
