Hygiene is the practice, discipline way of life to live in a healthy way. Hygiene means cleanliness, harmless to one's health and germ free. We live more happily and healthily when we follow the principles of hygiene everyday in our lives. Living for a long duration is useful and enjoyable only when we live healthy.We should be clean ourselves. We should keep our room and things clean and hygienic, ie, dust free. We should throw the garbage only in proper bins. We should not allow water to stagnant. We should not have dark corners not cleaned for a long time.
