Corona Virus (Covid- 19) Lock Down   The news nowadays spreading all over the world is about the dangerous ‘Corona Virus’. The virus has been started spreading from 2019 Nov from a market of Wuhan, in China. Now the virus has killed many people all over the world. For Covid 19, any vaccination or preventive medicine is not found yet. The virus attacked kerala too. But compared to other countries number of death in Kerala is very low and the number of spreading is also low. It is because of good maintaining of our Government and good medical facilities and good support of many people like doctors, nurses and health workers, police department, fire force department, social workers, collectors and the people over Kerala. This virus spreads from people to people. Not through Air, animal or food. The incubation period of the virus is 14-28 days. The symptoms of this virus are high fever, headache and vomiting, sneezing, coughing and joint pain. If anyone has the symptoms like this, he has to immediately consult the doctor and go for isolation or self quarantine in the hospital or at home. To prevent or to avoid this community spreading maintain social distancing, use masks while going out, wash your dress after coming from outside, wash your hands for 20 seconds or use sanitizer. Drink hot water and make your throat always moist because when your throat is dry, the virus may enter into your lungs. While drinking water, you can destroy the virus. While sneezing or coughing, use a tissue or a towel .Don’t go and touch the places if you have touched anywhere. You should be aware of not touching anywhere in your face mainly eyes, nose and mouth. These are the places where the virus mainly enters. To prevent this pandemic disease, maintain self quarantine, social distancing and stay home stay safe. From this, the environment teaches a lesson that we do not destroy the environment unnecessarily. The birds, trees, animals and all living organisms have to live like us .So beware of this.
