The topic "prevention of disease" reminds us to think about the importance of the proverb "Prevention is better than Cure". It insists us to take appropriate measures before the commencement of a problem than after it has already ensued. Hence proper initiatives should be judiciously taken to implement it in all walks of life.Nowadays we can keep away from many diseases ranging from a common cold to the recent covid-19 pandemic by being vigilant in our deeds. Most of the plights and misfortunes can be avoided if we rightly judge the common trouble and take appropriate prevention from the begining. Initially this practice was lagged by most of the countries which claimed thousands of life who battled against the covid-19 pandemic. Now let's remember the famous quotes of Benjamin Franklin "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". There can be many arguements regarding the justification of the proverb. But what's the harm in being a little alert? After all,we have only one life and we must find ways to make it better for ourselves as well as those around us.
