Ten personal hygiene are Brush the teeth daily. Take bath daily Trim the nails. Wash the hands with soap and water. Cover the mouth and nose when you are coughing or sneezing. Washing hair with soapor shampoo. Wear clean clothes. Wash hands before and after food.
