Disease Aim for moderate physical activity (like brisk walking or gardening) for at least 150 minutes a week. Over time, excessive drinking can lead to high blood pressure, various cancers, heart disease, stroke, and liver disease.Taking care of yourself prevents health problems and saves money by reducing the number of office visits and medications you need. Self-care reduces the heavy costs of healthcare associated with disease. Good health habits can save money by cutting back on healthcare expenses.
