Cleanliness cleanliness is very important in our life from all the aspects. Cleanliness means the complete absence of dirt, dust, stains and bad smells from all the surrounding area. We can estimate and analyse a person by his or her way of dressing there are two types of cleanliness one is personal cleanliness and other is social cleanliness . Personal cleanliness means the act of keeping oneself neat. It helps to maintain good health and prevent diseases. Personal cleanliness has two parts. Physical cleanliness and internal cleanliness. The physical or outside cleanliness keeps us clean from inside and gives us feeling of well being with confidence. The internal cleanliness keeps us mentally peaceful and away from anxiety. Social cleanliness means the first level of infection control, which includes washing with a soap substance or alcohol and maintaining high and standards of personal hygiene. We also need to keep our surroundings clean so that we can live in a healthy and clean environment. It will keep us away from many epidemic diseases and give us the feeling of social well living it is said that ‘‘cleanliness is next to good liness’’. It is said by john Wesley. Cleanliness must be the highest priority in all the homes from the children, so that a little one can practise it as regular habit in their day life. It can lie fit to all throughout the life. It can be developed at any age, however best to practise it from the childhood. It is a good habit which not only benefits a person, however, it benefits the family, society and country and this whole planet. I, as a child requesting all the parents that please help your kids to make a habit of cleanliness as it’s you who can give this country a good citizen. Cleanliness attracts positive energies towards it and it can impress anyone.
