The Amazing World of Harry Potter JK Rowling is one of the most prominent British writers in this 21st Century. She was born on 31st July 1965. She was the creator of Harry Potter, the world-famous wizard. J.K. Rowling completed the first book of Harry Potter series in 1995 and approached many publishers. But no one was ready to publish Harry potter. Later a small company named 'Bloomsbury' helped her to publish her first book 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'. At first the book was not even noticed by anyone. Later the book became very famous and JK Rowling became a very famous writer. Following the success of the 1st Harry Potter book, she wrote 6 more books which belonged to the Harry Potter Series. All those books were super hit. 1. Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone The Story revolves around an orphan boy named Harry Potter. Harry lives with his uncle, aunty and his troublesome cousin. His uncle and family always trouble him. Later Harry finds out that he is a wizard. And his parents were also wizards. He later goes to study in a wizard school named Hogwartz. He then gets many friends and discovers that an evil wizard named Voldemort killed his parents and he is after him. Later Harry Potter destroys Voldemort with the help of the Philosopher’s Stone. 2. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets In his 2nd year at Hogwartz, Harry understood that Voldemort is not dead and he seeks the help of his headmaster Professor Dumbledore. Harry and his friends have a lot of fun this year. Later Harry's best friend's sister goes missing and finds a secret chamber below the school. He fights a huge monster named the Basilisk and save his best friend's sister. 3. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban In the 3rd year Harry heard that a prisoner named Sirius Black escaped from the prison named Azkaban and is after Harry. Harry later encounters many beasts and finally realizes that Sirius Black is his Guardian and is only trying to protect him. 4. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire In the 4th year, a tournament named Triwizard is to be held at Hogwartz and Harry is selected. Harry has to win many dangerous tasks and finally succeeded in winning it. At the end he encounters with Voldemort and escapes somehow. 5. Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix In the 5th year a group called Order of Phoenix saves Harry from all troubles and many evil wizards are after Harry. Hogwartz slowly comes closer to trouble in this book. 6. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince In the 6th year Harry finds out a book which belonged to a wizard named Half-blood Prince. Harry learns a lot of stuff from this book. He later understood that half-blood prince is none other than his Professor Snape. At the end Professor Dumbledore dies and Voldemort rises. 7. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows In the 7th year Hogwartz is attacked by Voldemort. Harry and his friends flee to safety. At the end, Harry kills Voldemort and becomes the hero. I have read all 7 books of the Harry Potter franchise. I have already collected all 7 books. I like these books because they contain a lot of interesting stories and all the characters have funny names. Harry, Ron And Hermione are the main characters. The story is written in a simple style. Harry Potter movies have been directed by David Yates, Alphonso Cuarón, Christs Columbus and Michael Ivan. Reading Harry potter books during this Lockdown period will help us by providing us fun and thrill. I have seen all Harry Potter movies. I can assure you that these movies are total fun. After reading this book, I feel like I am in Hogwartz. Hence, I request all of you to search for the 7 books of Harry Potter and read at a stretch during this Lock-down days. Else you could find the Harry Potter movies on YouTube and watch.
