ENVIRONMENT - A BLANKET OF PLANET
The environment is everything which supports life on earth.. it makes an opportunity to live in their specific ecosystem. The word Environment is derived from the French word “Environ” which means “surrounding”. Our surrounding includes biotic factors like human beings, Plants, animals, microbes, etc and abiotic factors such as light, air, water, soil, etc. The environment can be defined as the interaction between living and non-living components of the ecosystem.
There are 3 types of environment namely natural environment, which exists naturally having plants, animals, human beings..etc, the second one is industrial environment which is build by human being by destroying natural resources, and the last is social industry which is the interaction of all components on the earth.
The importance of environment is same as that of our life.
World Environment Day (WED) is celebrated on 5 June every year, and is the United Nations principal vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for the protection of our environment. The concept of world environment day is to aware the importance of environment from emerging problems like environmental issues to marine pollution, human overpopulation, and global warming to sustainable consumption and wildlife crime. The theme for the World Environment Day 2019 is "Air Pollution". Air pollution is increasing day by day and it seems complex to control it but nothing is impossible without involvement of human beings.
There is drastic degradation of environment due to the action of human beings. We cut the plants, destroys the agriculture, overuse the material which are detrimental to earth, will becomes disturbance to environment, there results in non bearable climatic changes, lack of food, lack of pure oxygen...etc. the people only thinks about environment when it degraded atmost. The importance of earth, ecosystem and environment will be known after getting a bad effects from that. the pollution is main thing in that. Human beings polluting air, water, earth day by day. We are losing everything. The pure air, pure water becomes dreams for us. Industrialization is the main reasons for pollution. People are busy with making buildings not a plant or tree. No more Agriculture now days. People are busy with earning, not living. In Delhi, a company started for selling oxygen because the nature is polluted, no one is getting pure oxygen.. if a tree can produce tremendous oxygen means why we need to go with oxygen masks. Think about it twice. Save our environment from the pollution and save the planet, because environment is the blanket for our planet. And earth is the only Planet where the life exists...
